Good evening at the 26th off March, 2020


Good evening everyone,


It's a big crisis out there for the world these days, or so it seems. Actually, I don't see the matter off Corona (except for its victims) as a big crisis at all, the world rather seems to be improving from all off this.

I have a little advice for people: While staying in, work on your immune system. I don't know if it's the golden solution to it, but it can't be a bad thing to watch yourself and your health a little more than usuall these days. 

1. Sleep well
2. Eat well
3. Make sure you get fresh air
4. Don't worry,
5. watch your hygiene


1. Make sure you sleep at least 7 to 8 hours a night, don't skip sleep, make sure you sleep well and maybe sleep a little more than usuall. Sleep improves your health and your body cures from issues if you sleep appropriately.

2. Adjust more fruit, vegetables and protein to your eating habits. These are all good for you, and the right foods increase health and help fighting diseases. I personally have been improving my eating habits these days, I eat at least three fruits a day, I make sure to drink milk, eat eggs and I eat what's on the menu off this mental health care organisation for their clients, usually they make sure it's pretty healthy. (For people who cook for themselves: please make sure to eat lots off vegetables each day)

I made my favourite, easy to make zuchinni soup yesterday to get in more vegetables during lunch time. Aside with garlic and onion. It could be a good idea to increase your intake off fresh garlic, as garlic cleanses a lot off organs and improves your immune system. As fresh as possible is best.

3. Make sure you take a little walk every now and then, as isolated and according to the rules off where you live and be sure you keep your heart pumping and your lungs breathing in fresh air. But don't socially clutter to people. Keep your appropriate distance, but go out every now and then, even if it's just a walk to get groceries

4. You can't help what's going on these days, let it go, let it go, let it go! Simply keep your eyes on day to day live, and -for example- start extraordinairy cooking and prepare the best meals you can (afford) to keep buisy and healthy. Focus on simple tasks in your house, a book, a movie, a series on Netflix and simply get your mind off off things. It's impossible not to keep up with the news, but don't take things too personal. Simply live life and stick by the rules off the government. I personally don't mind a lot about these rules and I don't feel worried at all by what's going on. Life is easy when you keep in mind that there's probably a lot off days after these, and that the world will find a way to cure. Just Be. That's all that matters these days.

  5. Personal Hygiene has never been as important as these days. Shower regulairly, wash your mouth and your hair and put on clean clothes every day. Keep your nails clean and cut. Make sure you follow hygiene rules. But give it a little extra by watching your overall hygiene a little better.

It's better to get your mind off off issues if you keep yourself buisy finding solutions, or working on solutions.
